Hi friends!

This week I’ m going to talk about my evaluation of blogging experience.

In my opinion, I think that the blog is a good option for to learn English, because we can practice the language, we can learn new words and improve the vocabulary that already we have and with blog we can know more about our classmates for example their families, hobbies, places that they have visited, their expectations about the degree, etc.

Personally my writing skills have not developed so much because it is a language very complicated for me and I feel that it is more difficult for me than for the rest of my classmates.

In the future I would like to include that in the classes we practice more dialogs speaking English to learn better to form dialogues and to communicate us better with other persons who know speak the same language without trouble.

And about the blog I would like that the topic were more related to the area of the odontology, for example about which specialty we like to choose and why, Technological advances for the degree, how we connect  with more people.

Hi friends!

The topic of this week is “Animals” but is so difficult for me to write about this because in general I don’t like animals. If I had to choose a favorite animal it would be meerkat or if you want suricate.

Suricate is a small carnivoran belonging to the mongoose family, they live in South Africa and they are in the habit of being in groups of 20. I like suricates since I saw “The Lion King” and there was a character called Timón that was a suricate. Timón was a very funny and entertaining character that makes me laugh very much.

I like suricates because they are small, calm and very playful but they have something that makes them special and it is their funny face.  I would like to have it of pet but I think it would be very difficult, first because my mom doesn’t like pets and if I was taking an animal to the house she would throw it to the street LOL and the other reason is that I wouldn´t have the necessary time to take care of it and he would make a mess in the house.

Hi friends! 

Today I'm going to talk about my friends...

I think friends have been very important in my life because they have been like my second family.

First, I´m going to talk about my friends of the school, they are called Nicolás, Benjamin, Matias, Cristian, Jorge and Sebastián. I met them on 2007, when we started second school, which means that we are friends for 8 years. 

They did that 6 years that I was in the school were more pleasing and entertaining. Whit them I had spent very good moments like our prom, our vacations and many parties.

Now, they are studying…Nicolás, Matias, Sebastián and Cristian study Engineering, Jorge studies Ocuppational Terapy and Benjamin is preparing PSU because he wants to study Medicine. Actually we see us once or twice a month because we don’t have much time but when we go out we spend very entertaining moments.

I have other group of friends in the university; they are Belén, Cote, Kika, Arely and Nicolás. We see us every days in class and always we spend it very well, they are special people, very special.

Hi my Friends, this week  I'm going to talk about a website that I personally use a lot for my career, this is U-Cursos!

The link of this site is www.ucursos.cl, this is the website that every student of the university of Chile uses for finding out their marks, dates of assessment and downloading archives.

I visit this site minimum three times a day, when I need download textbook for study about a test or when I need to communicate with a teacher to solve any question, but when I am expecting that a teacher have to publish a mark, then I visit the page every five minutes approximately because I’m so nervous and impatience by wanting to know my mark.

Personally I like this site because it is fast to download files and it is easy to communicate with the teachers instantly and besides it is very easy to use, but the person in charge of the site could improve its design and the phone application.

In conclusion, for everybody who still communicates with their teacher by e-mail, do use U-Cursos.
